After my dad passed away when I was 17, I threw myself into doing more, achieving more, trying to be more. I became the high-functioning woman who could hold it all — until my body couldn’t anymore...
I spent years working myself to the edge, believing hustle was the path to worthiness. So I know what it’s like to hold it together while quietly drowning. I tried everything before I learned it the hard way: that my worth wasn’t tied to how much I could endure. That burnout didn't have to be my factory setting. Rewilding changed everything. Nature became my sanctuary and my healer. And from that place of raw empowered truth, I found my purpose.
That’s why I built Nord Essence: to give women a burnout recovery path that actually works—beyond the surface-level “wellness hacks.”
I’m a Certified Transformational Trauma Informed Coach, Holistic Practitioner, and NLP Specialist (nerd alert 🤓). But more importantly, I’m proof that rewilding works. Because let’s face it, we’ve been de-wilded by pressure, performance and perfectionism. And I’m done watching women play by everyone else’s rules while hustle culture drains their health, happiness, and f*cking sanity along with it.
